Welcome to HuePop.Shop (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1) Overview

HuePop.Shop sells print-on-demand artwork and related products that are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site.

2) Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state/province of residence, or you have consent from a parent/guardian to use the site.

3) Products + Made-to-Order Fulfillment

  • Products are created after you place an order (print-on-demand).
  • Because items are made to order, availability, production times, and shipping timelines may vary.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue products or update product details at any time without notice.

4) Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel/refund orders placed with incorrect pricing.
  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

5) Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated production and shipping times are shown at checkout or in our shipping information.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.

6) Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
  • If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, it may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

7) Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. In general:

  • Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns/exchanges for change-of-mind, ordering the wrong size, or personal preference.
  • We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including designs, images, product names, graphics, branding, and written content — is owned by HuePop.Shop or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell our designs or site content,
  • use our designs for commercial purposes,
  • remove watermarks (if any) or claim our work as your own.

Purchasing a product does not grant you rights to reproduce or commercially exploit the artwork/design.

9) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to:

  • violate laws or regulations,
  • infringe intellectual property rights,
  • transmit malware, spam, or harmful code,
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems,
  • harass, abuse, or discriminate against others.

10) Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (including Printful, payment processors, and shipping carriers) to operate our store. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, or services we do not control.

11) Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those cases, the disclaimer applies to the maximum extent permitted.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HuePop.Shop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HuePop.Shop from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

14) Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, abuse, policy violations, or unlawful activity.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

16) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Will County, Illinois.
