Shipping policy

At HuePop.Shop, every item is made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. This means your order is printed and prepared specifically for you after purchase.
1) Processing (Production) Time
Because we are a print-on-demand store, most items require production time before they ship.
- Typical production time: 2–7 business days (may vary by product and season)
- Production includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.
During busy seasons (holidays, major sales, or carrier disruptions), production times may be longer.
2) Shipping Time (After Production)
Shipping time starts after your order finishes production.
Shipping speed and delivery times vary based on:
- your location
- the shipping method selected at checkout
- carrier performance
Estimated shipping windows are shown at checkout when available, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
3) Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- your shipping address
- product type/size
- number of items in your order
- selected shipping method
4) Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
5) Multiple Packages
If you order multiple items, they may:
- ship separately, and/or
- arrive in multiple packages
This can happen when items are produced in different facilities or require different packaging. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers (when available).
6) Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
HuePop.Shop is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout
- address changes after an order is placed
If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
7) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Delayed shipments: Carriers sometimes experience delays outside our control. If your package is delayed, please check tracking first.
- Marked delivered but not received: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have the package, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, your building office, or the carrier before contacting us.

8) Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at huepopshop@gmail.com and include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item and packaging
- a brief description of the issue
We’ll work with Printful to review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund when eligible.
9) International Shipping (If Applicable)
If we ship internationally to your location:
- Customs fees, import taxes, and duties may apply depending on your country.
- These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product price or shipping cost.
