Refund policy
Effective Date: February 12, 2026
HuePop.Shop products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Because each item is created specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like changed mind, ordering the wrong size, or personal preference.
That said, if there’s an issue that’s our fault or a production problem, we’ll make it right.
What We Do Cover
We will replace or refund items that arrive with a verified issue, including:
- Damaged items (arrived broken, dented, torn, or visibly damaged)
- Misprints / printing defects
- Wrong item received
- Wrong size received (if it differs from what you ordered)
- Quality issues (clear manufacturing problems)
What We Don’t Cover (Because It’s Made-to-Order)
The following are not eligible for return/refund:
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or variant
- Buyer’s remorse / changed mind
- Minor color differences due to screen settings (phones/monitors vary)
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused after delivery (improper handling, installation, or use)
- Address errors entered at checkout (see “Address Issues” below)
- Gift cards (non-refundable)
Reporting a Problem (Important)
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within:
- 14 days of delivery for damaged/defective/wrong items
- 30 days after delivery may be required for some Printful product claims, but contacting us within 14 days ensures the fastest resolution.
Email us at huepopshop@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue

Photos (required):
- The product issue clearly visible
- The full item (front view)
- The packaging (if damaged)
- The shipping label (if possible)
Once we review, we’ll coordinate the claim through Printful and follow up with the best solution.
Replacements vs. Refunds
When a claim is approved, we may offer:
✅ Free replacement (most common)
✅ Refund (if a replacement isn’t possible or makes the most sense)
Refunds (when approved) are issued back to the original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find it:
- Check around your property, neighbors, and building office/mailroom
- Contact the carrier first (USPS/UPS/FedEx)
- Then email huepopshop@gmail.com and we’ll help with next steps
Please note: if the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, it may not qualify for a replacement.
Damaged in Transit
Report within 14 days of delivery with the photos listed above.
Address Issues (Please Double-Check at Checkout)
Because items go into production quickly, address changes aren’t always possible.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address entered at checkout, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
- If an item is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, it may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges.
If you want a different size or version, you’ll need to place a new order.
